ABOUT
Despite rapid economic growth, Vietnam still progresses very slowly in the field of education, partly because changes are being brought about from the top, which most of the time can be incompatible with reality. Being a teacher myself, I endeavor to initiate a grassroots movement that empowers and gives teachers in Vietnam training in both teaching theory and practice, so that they can find their voices, so that changes can happen from the ground up, so that both teachers and students are empowered to grow and actively contribute to education nationwide. Through this process, policymakers will become better informed and be in a position to facilitate a better and brighter future for Vietnam.

Responsibilities
- Propose and design course models for EFL subject systemwide
